My year-long series of workshops for novice teachers, "We Value Our Teachers,” is the ultimate intervention to help new teachers through the “bumps and bruises” of the first years of school.  A monthly Saturday workshop keeps them focused “on the prize” of student success and teacher empowerment. These classes are an important investment in teacher retention.
